Vueron Technology Reorganizes Its Entire Business Structure Around an “Autonomous AI Foundry”

Vueron Technology, a LiDAR perception solutions startup, has announced a major transformation into an “AI foundry” company.
On the 15th, at its headquarters in Seocho-gu, Seoul, the company held its vision declaration event, “Vueron Next Chapter,” where it shared its mid- to long-term growth strategy and unveiled its new brand identity (CI) and business roadmap.

The key takeaway from the announcement was the redefinition of the company’s identity as an “Autonomous AI Foundry.” This concept applies the foundry model—where semiconductor design assets (IP) are used to manufacture actual chips on a contract basis—to the field of autonomous driving software.
Whereas the existing autonomous driving market has largely focused on solutions dependent on specific hardware, Vueron has established an end-to-end service system that consistently supports the entire process, from designing perception AI optimized to customer needs to development, validation, and deployment.

In line with the expansion of its business scope, Vueron strategically revised its existing product structure. Replacing its previous lineup (VueOne, VueTwo, and VueX), the company has brought forward three key brands that will drive its future business. In particular, the newly unveiled dataset-building platform “Prospector” serves as a crucial link in completing Vueron’s data ecosystem. It is viewed as having established a virtuous cycle in which field data is collected through Prospector, then trained and validated through X Factory, and finally deployed as real-time solutions through Copilot and Lookout.

The company’s new CI was created based on the motif of the “diffusion of light,” reflecting its determination to transform complex data into clear solutions through technology.
Kim Jaekwang, CEO of Vueron, said, “As the automotive industry shifts from hardware-centered vehicles to software-defined vehicles (SDVs), we are entering an era in which data operation capability becomes competitiveness itself,” adding, “Vueron will go beyond simply selling solutions and become a trusted technology partner that maximizes customers’ autonomy capabilities.”
Starting with this rebranding, Vueron plans to strengthen strategic collaboration with global OEMs and mobility platform companies. In addition, the company intends to make 2026 the first year of its full-scale leap into the global market and expand its influence across the broader AI data industry, including smart cities.
